PropSmart is a real estate technology platform operated under Sutton Group Admiral Realty Inc., a RECO-registered brokerage in Ontario, Canada.
PropSmart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: scrape or systematically extract data; copy or redistribute MLS listing content; impersonate any person or entity; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform.
Property listings displayed on PropSmart are obtained from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) MLS® System. The information contained herein is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties of interest. MLS®, Multiple Listing Service®, and the associated logos are trademarks of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
Our AI property search uses large language model technology to interpret natural-language queries and match them to available listings. AI responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute real estate advice. PropSmart does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations. Always verify property details with a licensed real estate professional before making any decisions.
Information provided on this platform, including neighbourhood guides, property valuations, mortgage calculations, and AI recommendations, is for general informational purposes only. When you submit a showing request, you consent to being contacted by a licensed Sutton Group Admiral Realty Inc. salesperson or the listing agent. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
