Our AI search system uses your queries to find relevant properties but does not store personally identifiable search history beyond your current session unless you are signed in.
PropSmart accesses live MLS listing data through licensed data feeds. Property information is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or redistribution of MLS data without written permission is prohibited. All MLS data is © 2026 The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). IDX information is provided exclusively for consumers' personal, non-commercial use.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with real estate agents you contact, service providers who assist our operations (under confidentiality obligations), and as required by law or to protect rights and safety. When you request a showing, your contact information is shared with the listing agent or brokerage.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyse site traffic. You can control cookie settings through your browser. We use analytics providers including Vercel Analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure API key storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
