About Willowdale
Willowdale is the commercial and residential core of North York, centred around the Yonge-Sheppard intersection and stretching north towards Finch. The neighbourhood offers a compelling mix of old and new: mid-century bungalows and brick detached homes on quieter residential streets, alongside a rapidly intensifying condo corridor along Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue.
The area has one of the GTA's most diverse food scenes — authentic Iranian restaurants, Korean BBQ, Japanese sushi, and Persian bakeries line Yonge Street between Sheppard and Finch.
